If you found yourself waiting in a line before, but eventually found out you were in the wrong line, you might have thought that it would have been more helpful if someone were providing instructions to help with the flow of the queue.
In a similar way, if you’re a business owner or manager, your clients might find it more helpful if you provide appointment screening questions to help him or her with with the services or classes you provide.
For example, online appointment screening can be helpful for salon stylists desiring for clients to complete a consultation prior to scheduling a service.
“Have you completed a service with one of our stylists here before?”

This can help ensure that you will receive the treatment or style that you are looking for, or help you to decide whether or not the stylist is a good match for you. In the long-run, you might have found a stylist who is genuinely interested in your care and is willing to take the time to listen to your concerns.

Create Your Screening Question
1. Go to the “Setup” tab > click the “Screening Questions” option
2. Click the “Add New Screening Question” button
3. Fill in the appropriate information > click the “Preview” button to simulate the question > click the “Save” button to save
Add Screening Question to Your Service
1. Go to the “Setup” tab > click the “Services” option > choose the appropriate Service
2. Choose your new Screening Question for the “Select a screening question” drop-down
3. Scroll down and click the "Save" button
